Sebagai warga kota kediri, menu nasi pecel sangatlah tidak asing. hampir setiap jalan, kanan kiri selalu ada penjual nasi pecel, karena dari berbagai kalangan dan status sosial, masyarakat kota kediri khususnya selalu menggemari menu favorit ini. Semenatara makanan organik sudah begitu langka di negeri subur makmur loh jinawi di negeri ini. Sayur mayur sudah penuh dengan pestisida, sehingga malah tidak menyehatkan. Kafe Sufi menyediakan menu special tradisional, Pecel Organik.
Pecel ini, terdiri dari beberapa campuran bumbu sambel yang nyamleng:
Cabe merah dari semangat mencintai Allah dan RasulNya.
Komposisi sambel pecel istimewa ini adalah :
1. Kacang tanah yang ditanam dari bumi yaqin.
2. Bawang putih dari ladang amal.
3. Garam istighfar
4. Gula sholawat Nabi
5. Ditumbuk dengan Tahlil atau Kalimah Thoyyibah.
6. Lalu dituangkan dalam wadah-wadah doa yang dicampur dengan air taubat.
Nasi yang dimasak dari beras Organik Ruhani, karena tidak terkontaminasi oleh pupuk kimia nafsu maupun hama syetan. Di tanah Yaqin, padinya ditanam, dan ketika menua isinya semakin khusyu’ dan tawadhu’.
Kemudian sayurnya terdiri dari daun-daun yang dibersihkan dengan maa’ut taubah (air tobat), walau pun ia tumbuh dari biji-biji iman dari dalam hati. Ia tumbuh di ladang yang disinari matahari kaum ‘arifun. Tentu Pecel Organik ini disajikan di atas lembar daun kemuliaanNya.
Jangan lupa, ketika makan, setiap suapan yang masuk di bibir rindumu, ikuti dengan menyebut NamaNya, dengan Basmalah, Insya Allah akan semakin tambah Barokah dan menyehatkan jiwa - raga, lahir batin, rohani dan jasmani.
